We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Washington Resort Hotel & Spa, enjoying a clean room, attentive staff, and a beautiful beachside location. Although the hotel provided many amenities, the entertainment options and some food experiences didn't quite meet the expectations set by a 5-star designation. The abundance of dining options and the relaxing pools were definitely highlights of our visit, making us eager to return.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The beach access is fantastic, and the pool area is large and well-kept, which is great for families. However, the food options were quite limited, mainly catering to Eastern European tastes, and the service at the reception left much to be desired. The overall vibe felt a bit lacking compared to other resorts I've visited.
Our stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was perfect, right by a clean beach, and the amenities were enjoyable, especially the pool area. We found the staff really friendly, and the spa services were remarkable. However, the dining experience fell short, particularly with the food variety tailored mainly for Germans and Russians. While the poolside was fun, the DJ's music was invasive and took away from the relaxing atmosphere we hoped for.
The hotel is beautifully located near the beach, with a massive pool that’s well-kept and enjoyable. However, the staff at reception were quite rude, and the culinary offerings were mainly targeted towards German and Russian tastes, leaving little for British guests. While the pool bar staff were friendly, the overall dining experience was lacking in variety, especially for kids.
